Erik Wenngren (49) has more than a 25 years management and deal execution experience in the financial services sector having managed and built teams as Head of a European cross border stock-broker, Danske Securities and Head of Paribas pan-European Equity Capital Markets group. He has managed more than 100 IPO’s, capital increases and privatisations for companies of various sizes ranging from US$30 million to multi-billion $ across a broad number of sectors.

He has also been in charge of the global marketing team for stock exchange listings and a member of executive team managing the European part of NYSE Euronext Stock Exchanges.
Through EW Capital, he is also since many years a highly active supporter and fund raiser for mainly European early stage companies through personal investments, business development, and financing and non executive board participations.

He has an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BSc in Economics from Lund University in Sweden and is a Fulbright Scholar.
